I the undersigned participant, hereby acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with using the soft play equipment provided by Kali's Playroom.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in the activity, I agree to release and discharge Kali's Playroom, its owners, employees, and agents from all lability, claims, demands, actions. or causes action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to personal injury. property damage, or death, that may have sustained by me or any third parties as a result of using the soft play equipment.
I understand and accept the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that using soft play equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and other injuries I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the soft play activity
2. Safety Guidelines: I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Kali's Playroom and its staff. I understand that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in an increased risk of injury.
3.Supervision: I understand that adult supervision is always required for participants using the soft play equipment, and I agree to ensure appropriate supervision is provided during the duration of the activity. I will closely monitor the participants -to prevent unsafe behaviors and minimize the risk of accidents.
4. Physical Condition: 1 certify that my child and I is in good physical condition and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the soft play activity, If there are any changes in my health or physical condition I will inform Kali's Playroom before participating.
5. Waiver of Liability: I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Kali's Playroom, its owners, employees and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during my use of the soft play equipment.
6. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kali's Playroom, its owner's, employees, and agents from: any and liabilities or expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising from any claims made by third parties related to my use of the soft play equipment
